Delicious! Palm oil Pepper stew!

On my way to the market to buy the ingredients I need to make a regular stew to eat with rice, something dropped on my mind!

Palm oil pepper stew with smoked fish!

Immediately I remembered that it's been a while I ate pepper stew.

While the regular stew is made with tomatoes, onions and fresh pepper, pepper stew is made with only pepper and onions. Therefore, it's more peppery than the regular stew.

This pepper stew was made basically with:
Fresh pepper
Onion
Smoked fish
Palm oil
Kpomo (nigerian name for animals skin)

Am enjoying it while it lasts!!!😋
