Put aside the recent political and racial differences South Africa has at the moment. We as families can still come together and enjoy a nice braai (other countries may know it as BBQ). Earlier today I posted about Lab-Grown Meat and I got a hankering for a braai. So off we went to the market and got all we need. Since it was only myself, my husband and his little sister, we didn't go full out but man we did enjoy ourselves.

Ok we didn't go with the traditional beer, we went with Southern Comfort and Lime Soda with a side of hubbly and...
...and White Chocolate Liqueur. I Love my liqueurs <3
And Fire was created
*Nothing beats charcoal or in this case, a wood fire to enhance the smokey flavor in your meat :)

It was a wonderful evening I could enjoy in great company, thanks to another Steamian @philip.willemse, it was yet again a night full of memories to remember, little things make your life feel big.
