One of our very familiar food grains nuts. It's not about telling me the guns. It is available in those elements which are very beneficial for our heart. Doctors advise us to eat almost 50 grams of nuts daily. Generally, those who get annoyed to eat nuts can eat in such a way that will give you a new and exciting taste of nuts.

Ingredients: 100 grams of nuts, two big pies, five amounts of salt, 5 glasses of mustard oil, little amount of cinnamon, and three spoons of tomato sauce.

Preparation Method: Mix all the ingredients together in a dish and enjoy the nuts of the thrilling taste.
