I wish I liked shrimp more than I do. I can handle the ones they give you at the Japanese steakhouses, but beyond that I just don't eat too much of it. Whenever I see it, it looks good. Nice dish! My wife's uncle used to make a mean paella I am told, but I never got the chance to meet him.

This dish is amazing if you buy fresh seafood it does not taste 'fishy' it taste more like the sauce and chorizo.
