Hello guys, Lets make Chicken Spring Roll today. I will show you step by step how to make it.
INGREDIENTS
250 gram Chicken boneless
Roll patti
4 tbsp onion
1 cup head cabbage
1 cup carrot
1 cup capcicum
2-3 tbsp green chili
2tbsp green onion
3-4 tbsp coriander
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
4-5 tbsp mayonnaise
Take 250 gram Chicken boneless in Pressure cooker and Boiled it for 9-10 minutes on medium flame. And shredded it with fork.
And then Mix this chicken with 4 tbsp onion, 1 cup head cabbage, 1 cup carrot, 1 cup capcicum, 2-3 tbsp green chili, 2tbsp green onion, 3-4 tbsp coriander, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp salt, 4-5 tbsp mayonnaise. Mix it well.
Now fill the mixture in the roll patti like below pictures.
Fry it for 5-7 minutes on low flame. Do not fry it on high flame.
