I like to make a bunch of dough ahead too, and I use it for raviolis, dumplings and noodles.
I totally agree! Until I tried homemade dough, I didn't even like lasagna. There is something really special about fresh pasta.

I was the same, couldn't see why some people go dilly over Lasagne, but once I tasted it with fresh homemade pasta, I was hooked, definitely makes a huge difference!
