If you didn’t get a good nite rest, there is nothing like avocado, banana, honey, milk and almond mixture for morning and noon energy. We do not forget to add plenty of coconut on it. If you put the avocado core in toothpicks and hold it for 1.5-2 months in the water, your avocado sprouts will be ready as well. Then you can sow it in dirt and grow an avocado tree.
