Nigerian Jollof rice

This is the Nigerian Jollof rice paired with Grilled peppered fish and Masa(a local staple.Jollof rice is considered on of the most consumed form of rice among Nigerians...It is a staple in most occassions and people attend events just to eat this food.It has its own rich taste and smell that sings to the spirit and the mind..Jollof in itself is a culture and a lifestyle.It is beautiful and even more so it tastes like a billion dollars...Lol20180218_045324.png
