Today I decided to make delicious Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate cream for children. If you want to please your children, then you can also cook such a treat for them. Children will be happy.

For chocolate cupcakes

60 g of cocoa powder
4-5 tablespoons. boiling water
175 g of butter or margarine, room temperature
175 g of sugar (incomplete glass)
1 cup sifted flour (120 g)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs

For chocolate cream

100 g of chocolate, melt
60 g butter, room temperature
250 g of powdered sugar (2 cups)
chocolates for decoration

Sift the cocoa into a bowl. Add 4 tablespoons. boiling water, stir. Must get a thick chocolate syrup. If necessary, add a spoonful of water. Add softened butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, eggs. Beat all with a mixer until smooth.

For cream, melt the chocolate (on a water bath or in a microwave). Beat butter in a bowl, finish off the melted chocolate, beat. Add the sifted powdered sugar, beat to the consistency of a light lush cream. Transfer to a confectionery bag with a nozzle-asterisk and put the cream over the cooled cupcakes. Decorate with chocolate candy or grated chocolate.
