To forgive in one's heart becomes easier when i does not have ego ! It is forgiven and forgotten, that's what most people say.It's easier to forget every one knows. It's never easy to forgive . Well with practice one listens to ones heart and forgives , even if one forgets or not. The returns are great and it comes back in many different ways. Never expect anything in return and when one forgives it has to be wholehearted . Wishing one well is very difficult at that moment. It must not be said but felt. One never keeps any grudge against another especially for no reasons, that's what is called ego. With no forgiveness comes grudges, and sometimes it may harbor hate as well. Does one want all of these unwanted baggage ? Surely no . It can be for years or months. One has to leave this world without any grudges . LEAVE THIS WORLD WITH LOVE only...
