This allows them to act, as they do, as if they are above the law.
That is why JPB Liberty has structured the ability to sign up for and/or financially support the Crypto Class Action in a completely anonymous fashion, where even JPB Liberty itself does not know (or need to know) the real world identity of class members or investors.
Joining Crypto Class Action anonymously
It is possible to sign up as a class member completely anonymously using the online signup form.
Just pick a non-identifying user name and provide non-identifying contact details (ie a new free Protonmail email address used only for this purpose).
Proof of cryptocurrency ownership (and thus losses) can be provided at a later time (ie once we have a settlement or judgement) by encrypted message signed with the public keys of the relevant cryptocurrency wallet.
For both privacy and logistical reasons we plan on issuing damages payments to class members in cryptocurrency, direct to wallets, unless otherwise requested.
Persons joining the Class Action as class members are not disclosed to the Respondents or the Court and their identities (to the extent they have disclosed them) are kept completely confidential by JPB Liberty.
The Court has an obligation to protect the interests of class members, and that includes, in this case, protecting their identities from retribution by the Respondents.

Investment can also be done completely anonymously - as a litigation funder JPB Liberty is currently completely exempt from Australian Securities Law and has no KYC requirements.

Send an encrypted message to @jpbliberty on Hive or Protonmail email to [email protected] with the amount you wish to invest and cryptocurrency or stable coin you wish to use for payment and instructions will be provided.
SUFB tokens granting a share in the damages payout from the Crypto Class Action will be issued to the Hive account you provide.
