Yes and no. Not on the clearweb, and not unless you can use uncensorable means to speak freely. I think that when the WEF/NWO seeks to impose CBDCs they will use every potential tool they have to prevent us from escaping their control, and that will include regulation exchanges, and also disrupting the deepweb and preventing access to decentralized exchanges, and etc.
So, censorship resistance is the key to blockchain utility going forward. I'm focused on IRL relationships and goodwill, which can't be taxed, stolen, or misrepresented.
