Is it okay to let people walk over you? Well, i am a little bad at saying 'NO' to people and that makes me nice to them, but 'not so nice' for myself. People take me for granted and it feels really bad when they walk over you.

I feel bad when I have to say no and if I do collecting every ounce of courage left in me, I think about it all day long. I feel the person must have had a bad impression about me or what will he be thinking about the whole issue.
I have had friends who I have helped a zillion times in past and when I need them they heartlessly tell that they are busy or unable to help. This made me realise how wrong I am and I need to change myself. But, that's not easy. Changing someone who has been so for the greater part of their life is not an easy task.
