The term that most of the students fear a lot. Also, your value is far higher than any exam. I believe that the countries where this "stress rate" in terms of exams is very high is having some serious issue with their education system, and I believe that it is a failure for them because they are unable to nurture and educate their very next generation! The society too, plays a crucial role in this. The mental stress that they provide to the students is what makes them take very harsh/dreadful decisions that sometimes lead towards suicide. The students rather than thinking about the exam and the syllabus, start thinking that what will that neighbor say if I don't perform well in the exam. That is real big issue. There are certainly ways to overcome this. You have to be selfish in this case. You know that the society will try to make you down in every ways, but you have to be strong and take it as a motivation as well as a challenge, not to prove your neighbor wrong but to prove that you became a better person, and you have achieved your goal.
I have also mentioned about the fact of believing yourself in some of my previous posts, that is the key towards your goal/success.
At last I would like to give best wishes to everyone who are appearing for exams, and believe me you'll do well, just believe in yourself, and focus on the thing that matters!
