Completely wonderful post @gguy773! love the way you show us the making of.. (but I need my laptop to view your lots of pictures post..LOL! aarghh... I dunno when will I have an opportunity to cook mushroom based recipe. reading your ricpe just make me raisemy curiousity.. how does it taste? it must be yummy.. but I have no guts to cook mushroom after all.
