The vegetables that are present in my lunch today
Eggplant, garlic, white onion and red onion, carrot, beans, tomato and courgette
Vegetables provide a low calorie density meal, but rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. When they are consumed fresh, it is convenient to adjust their consumption to their season, to take advantage of all their micronutrients.
The vegetables are rich in minerals such as iron, zinc, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium or copper, essential micronutrients for the proper functioning of our body.
The vitamin intake of vegetables has very beneficial effects for the organism. For example, vitamin A and C maintain strong defenses against infections while group B vitamins strengthen our nervous system.

Incluir vegetales en la alimentación; trae beneficios para el organismo; y ayuda a vivir mejor. Se deben complementar la dieta con vegetales para reforzar el sistema inmunologico.
