For this week's entry, I finally had to talk about durians - they are such a big, fruity topic here in SEA and I have definitely fallen for their weird, amazing taste.

Ooh so excited to learn about this from @plantstoplanks. I'm not 100% vegan, but I am mostly plant-based and it looks like there's lots of yummy creations to try. Also hope to participate in the contest in the future. Been working up some pumpkin creations for fall :)
