I can't believe it's Monday again, it seems like it was only yesterday that I was writing my last #fruitsandveggiesmonday post, time passes so fast!
I love the color of that hummus, we all need something pink in life, right? πI've never seen anyone making hummus without chickpeas, so this black eyed bean version is really intriguing!
