There are people who have not bought any steem but still hold a lot of steem would probably give a upvote to others for sure.
I have seen the @ocd team doing that, @acidyo does that. And there would be many examples.
Coming to this flag war, any disagreement and fight definitely will come to an end over time :) You both have some affinity which is showed in a different expression :)
