@acromott and I love to do acroyoga everywhere. Today, we were playing in Tonsai. It was the perfect day to hang out on the beach. The beaches in Thailand are very clean and the water is really warm. We had such a pleasant day exploring the coast and getting our feet wet.

Of course, we thought it would be a perfect idea to acro on the beach. Doesn't that just sound like a perfect scene from a movie? haha! We were in for a surprise, as acroyoga is quite messy on the beach. The sand gets everywhere, and it likes to stick on your feet. After a couple of attempts, we were able to come up with some fun acro flows for you all.
It was such an interesting experience doing acro on the beach. I hope you enjoy our flow!
