What to do if you can’t wake up

For some people sleeping is a hobby, for others sleeping has to be done

Fact: You need a good sleep at night for good prestations in daytime

Fortunately having a “normal” sleeping ritme is not normal for everybody
One out of tree has a sleeping disaster
They cannot sleep when they laying in bed.

For a good sleep ritme, you need:

*Go to bed when you are tiried and always go out of your bed the same time ⏰

  • Donot stay in bed when you are awake. If you do not sleep again in 20 minutes, go out of bed and have a mug of warm milk or thea. Just repeat this until you felt a sleep 🛏
  • Take care of your body and soul. Give your brain 🧠 a good calm down. Do not use social media 📱and no intensive body movements ⛹🏼‍♀️ Notice that if you go to the gym at least 4 hours before you go to sleep, it can helps you to fell in sleep
  • Do not drink coffee after 7 o’clock in the evening
  • Make your bedroom is cool 🌡and dark 👀
