Air baths
The room should be ventilated every day without fail. The child can begin tempering with a drop in air temperature by 1 degree. To do this, you can leave the baby in only panties, but if the floors are cold, not accustomed to tempering the baby must always wear socks.
Quenching with water
In the morning, the baby's washing should be started with cool water (within 26-28 degrees), gradually lowering the temperature by 1 degree per week. When the child has come from a walk, the handles and legs are also washed with cool water, but only if the baby is warm. If the parents decided to temper the baby with a contrast shower, it must be remembered that for beginners, the degrees of water in the drops should differ little. Only after a while, when the baby gets used to this type of hardening, you can switch the shower from hot to cold water.
Throat
To harden the baby's throat, every day for 2-3 minutes, rinse the neck with cool water.
You need to start at a temperature of 22-23 degrees.
Washing feet
Daily before bedtime, you can take baths for feet. To do this, it is necessary to pour water in the bowl with a temperature of 20 degrees and lower the baby's feet for 20-30 seconds. Each week, the water should be cooled by one degree, gradually increasing the time of the procedure to 2 minutes.
