My uncle has recently been diagnosed with MSA, "Multiple System Atrophy" a rare and fatal disease. All I ask is give this post an upvote and/or consider donating to the gofundme. I will also be setting up a fundition post for this in the near future.

My Uncle Brad is a great man and has in the last few years really turned his life around and gotten healthy. It is a shame that after making great improvements in an effort to extend his life for his family he gets diagnosed with this disease.
