Today, I am finally done with a transaction, and can move on with my life. It was the hardest and most frustrating one of my career. Dealing with people who dropped the ball the whole time, and then at the last second a lender who did not have their stuff to fund. Then when the buyers are moving in the other people thought they could keep the mail key so they did not have to change their address yet, until they found a new place. Seriously stuff I could never imagine.
