I found this sketch a very funny and amazingly structured ,I couldn't stop my laugh at that time π.
This is just a piece of art to show that artists can make any situation funny and if they want they can show the saddest side of any situation too.
I think it is a God gifted talent,which is not in everyone's fortune but yes If you work hard and do much struggle for anything then nothing is impossible.
In this art an artist who is basically a cartoonist make fun of the policeman and everyone is enjoying it other than those policemen. It really means that never put a cartoonist behind the bar because he can enjoy there too if he is a happy or funny mind person π.
