It is funny, but it is really the true, don't put others in temptation so that you won't find yourself to blame later when the 'rewards' come which is surely unwanted pregnancy or rather lust after flesh. The picture thus portray the message well enough.
That’s not at all what the picture or meme portrays.
Actually, the message was "guys, don't chase that skirt (dress) or you may regret it" and not "girls, don't wear a dress like and to put some guy in temptation so that you will be blamed later".
Cultural differences. In Canada where @rok-sivante is from, guys are expected to show a lot of restraint. The blame for any unwanted consequences will be very much on them, too. That is a function of the legal system and the culture in general.
Sundress won't but undress may. :-)
