Because the world has been dying to know once and for all how to spell it, the Associated Press has officially weighed in on how exactly to spell the term and what they've come up with is simply put, "esports".
My fingers are so used to typing eSports that it's going to take time to get used to the 'official' spelling, but in the end, I'm glad that they landed on SOMETHING.

I've always typed it either E-Sports or eSports. esports just looks wrong, cause it makes it hard to know how to pronounce it if you didn't already know what it was.
