Capcom - Mega Man Zero, better known as Zero. I loved the Mega Man Zero-franchise for GBA as a child. Even though they used the Mega Man X design, it's the same person. Hopefully the have a skin for him.
Marvel - I think I'll go with Iron Man. But only because of the way Robert Downey Jr. portrayed him in the movies.

Capcom library in itself has very few duds, Marvel is so vast that every Steemit user could enter this contest and we all have different answers.
