Last second I ended up going to a Geek Meetup at an Arcade bar. It was pretty cool. After we talked about programming and computer nerd related stuff we played old school video games and arcade games.
Some of the pinball machines were combo machines where you were playing pinball but if you did well there would be a video game that would play on the screen.

Oh my gawd Phobos. Galaga was my top 3 games along with Donkey Kong and Mouse Trap back in the day :)
Hahhaha, Bringing back the memories!
I just recently heard about this arcade in Brookfield, IL which isn't too far from me. Apparently it's the largest arcade in the country and the coolest part is $20 you play all day. You can leave and come back as well. They have over 640 games. My gf is going out of town for the weekend so planning on heading out there Saturday.

Nice! I feel like these arcade bars are getting more popular!
Yeah ton of them popping up in Chicago.
I have a fear they will get over saturated kind of like the frozen yogurt places and all the micro brew places. I feel like there have been so many bars pop up in Tucson that will be trendy hipster places but there is just no way they can all survive.
In Chicago there's endless amount of hipsters looking to drink PBR and play vintage games but I think in some smaller cities that could definitely become a problem.
Hipsters are replicating at an unbelievable rate! Like rabbits! LOL
This brings back some memories!
Whats your favorite old school game? I'm heading there this weekend, definitely gonna play some simpsons and ninja turtles.
Used to spend all day playing street fighter 2
Lol... Guys and their toys. I am very sure there wasn't a lady amongst you, else, y'all would have had the meet-up at a spa.
There were women there too. Hahah
