A new room to overcome the crisis..
This is my suite I've been living in since yesterday.
We appreciate the value of freedom only when it is limited to us. We have been locked in the house for 22 days and we cannot see a way out, a light at the end of the tunnel.
People have entered into crisis, have states of nervousness and depression, also becoming bad and aggressive. Their habits have fallen, daily life has been canceled and they do not have the ability to overcome forced imprisonment.
We must know how to create new opportunities, new passions or habits, even within the four walls of the house.
Crises can give new opportunities, a favorable change between man and the reality in which we are forced to live, an unexpected event that we must exploit to our advantage with new behaviors and the creation of new passions.
The word crisis in Greek means decision, therefore in front of a turning point or an unstable situation we have to decide, organize our mental and cognitive skills.
We must necessarily and in small steps study new hypotheses of change up to a solution, reading for example is an excellent viaticum. We can therefore turn the crisis over to our advantage, and it will give us favorable chances for change.
We must try to be flexible and adaptable and at the same time with a good dose of awareness knowing that we cannot change events, but we can shape them in our favor. We cannot stiffen in the face of global crises of this magnitude, we can be inexorably broken.
The artists manage to overcome great social crises, with their arts and sometimes they themselves enter into eddies of deep existential crises but always fought with creative energy and the power of the imagination.
In my small way, the crisis that grips us all has stimulated me in new creations, very tied to science fiction and therefore to a higher state of imagination.
Also yesterday I worked on a drawing to escape the closure, the claustrophobia generated by the ban on going out in the open air.
I painted my room of desires, a very personal futuristic large room, a place where you can wander with your imagination.
I dream of going out, of widening my mind by observing the back wall overlooking the cosmos, and few trees link me to nature.
Open walls and without the asphyxiated ceiling let me see what I would like right now, an immense sky inside which I can enter and exit, look at the stars or the plants.
My 20 square meter room has become a window to infinity.
I fly every day to overcome the crisis, a new opportunity for a new way of seeing reality.

Una nuova stanza per superare la crisi.
La stanza dei desideri.
Questa è la mia suite ci vivo da ieri.
Apprezziamo il valore della libertà solo quando ci viene limitata. Sono ormai 22 giorni che siamo chiusi in casa e non riusciamo a vedere una via d'uscita, una luce in fondo al tunnel.
Le persone sono entrate in crisi, hanno stati di nervosismo e di depressione, diventando anche cattive e aggressive.
Sono cadute le loro abititudini, la quotidianità è stata cancellata e non hanno le capacità di superare la reclusione forzata.
Bisogna sapersi creare nuove oppurtunità, nuove passioni o abitudini, anche dentro le quattro pareti di casa.
Le crisi possono dare nuove oppurtunità, un cambio favorevole tra uomo e la realtà in cui siamo costretti a vivere, un imprevisto che dobbiamo sfruttare a nostro vantaggio con nuovi comportamenti e la creazione di nuove passioni.
La parola crisi in greco significa decisione, quindi davanti ad un punto di svolta o una situazione instabile bisogna decidere, organizzare le nostre abilità mentali e cognitive.
Dobbiamo necessariamente e a piccoli passi studiare nuove ipotesi di cambiamento fino ad arrivare ad una soluzione, la lettura ad esempio è un ottimo viatico.
La crisi quindi possiamo ribaltarla a nostro vantaggio, e ci darà possibilità favorevoli di cambiamento.
Dobbiamo provare ad essere duttili e adattabili e al tempo stesso con una buona dose di consapevolezza sapendo che non possiamo cambiare gli eventi, ma possiamo modellarli a nostro favore.
Non possiamo irrigidirci di fronte a crisi mondiali di questa portata potremo essere spezzati inesorabilmente.
Gli artisti riescono a superare grandi crisi sociali, con le loro arti e alcune volte essi stessi entrano in vortici di profonde crisi esistenziali ma sempre combattute con energia creativa e la forza dell'immaginazione.
Nel mio piccolo sono giorni che la crisi che attanaglia tutti noi mi ha stimolato in nuove creazioni, molto legate alla fantascienza e quindi ad uno stato supriore dell'immaginazione.
Anche ieri ho lavorato ad un disegno per sfuggire alla chiusura, alla claustrofobia generata dal divieto dell'uscita all'aria aperta.
Ho dipinto la mia stanza dei desideri, una personalissima grande camera avveniristica, un luogo dove poter spaziare con la fantasia.
Sogno di uscire, di allargare la mente osservando la parete di fondo che si affaccia sul cosmo, e pochi alberi mi legano alla natura.
Pareti aperte e senza il soffitto asfittico mi lasciano vedere quello che vorrei in questo momento, un cielo immenso dentro il quale posso entrare e uscire, guardare le stelle o le piante.
La mia stanza di 20 metri quadrati è diventata una finestra sull'infinito.
Volo tutti i giorni per superare la crisi, un'opportunità nuova per un nuovo modo di vedere la realtà.
Sognate che volate insieme a me.

Pienamente d'accordo con te, la limitazione della libertà è una bella prova per tutti...ma affrontare le difficoltà con fantasia e positività permette di oltrepassare qualsiasi muro...bellissimo post @armandosodano
