Egg Caramel Pudding

Today after dinner, suddenly I feel like having some dessert for supper so I've decided to make this easy egg caramel pudding.
You just need only few simple ingredients that you most probably have at home.
So let me share with you the recipe today.

Caramel:

2 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoon water

Egg Mixture:

4 Eggs
250ml milk
12 Tablespoon sugar

As for the caramel, mix the two ingredients in a pot or pan and bring it to boil.
Then pour into your mold and set it aside.

Now for the egg mixture, in a pot combine the milk and sugar.Bring it to boil and once the sugar is all melted and combine with the milk,turn off the fire and now whisk it into your eggs.

Once done,it's time to strain it.
Strain it few times so that it won't have any clumps.

Then slowly pour into your caramel mold.
Steam it for 30 minutes.
Please cover your mold with an aluminium foil which i forget to do. 😂You don't want to get any extra steam water into your egg mixture.

Now after done steaming, you can pop a toothpick to check whether it's fully cooked or not. Just poke into the egg caramel and if it comes out clean, it's done!
Now remove it from the steamer and let it cool down.
Refrigerate it for one hour and it's ready to be served!
