People that claim that the notion of "chemtrails" or geoengineering is bogus I guess that when the government of the US quietly admits this it still is just bogus.

Or when the CIA director publicly talks about it, it's still bogus. Others might seize on SAI’s benefits and back away from their commitment to carbon dioxide reductions. And, as with other breakthrough technologies, global norms and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation of SAI.""
