We are currently running a campaign that involves distributing free spins.
There was no reputation limits for this campaign and I just moved on with distributing reward.
I have noticed that some of the accounts with around 25 points of reputation do not post frequently, mostly repost, but they were active on the Hive blockchain for several years.
Why do you threaten us with blacklisting?
Why assigning these people free spins is a problem?
99.9% of accounts that engaged in this are scam accounts. Almost 300 accounts.
Since there was almost no legitimate account that participated hiveslotgames appeared not to do any basic due diligence to vet, it was suspected to be part of this.
I believe 99.9% to be to much.
How do you get this number?
More then half of the accounts who shared the link has got over 40 points of reputation.
I must admit last two days a lot of 25 reputation points accounts showed up and we hesitated on them.
Your activity seals our decision to finish the campaign for now.
We would like to run similar campaign in near future and encourage users to share our links on the other platforms (Reddit, X).
I hope you will not consider it the spam activity.
The reputation higher than 25 does not give the license to scam.
Jus becasue the account is not new and/or have reputation 25 does not mean that it wasn't created for scamming years ago.

Just because the rules were not well defined, it does not mean that scammers like you can activate their old scam accounts (almost 200) to exploit it.
It is not about control, there where just to many responses and we needed to end the promotion.
We already distributed about 20 000 Free Spins.
We really did not expect so many responses.
