For the Witness and in this case, because it's a HiveEngine Witness (not a HIVE Witness, I have run one in the past under this account, but then I decided to pause it), you need (in order to have any voting power) to hold and stake WORKERBEE tokens. Don't feel you need to do this OK? It's up to you. By the way, WORKERBEE tokens mine BEE tokens by default, using a lottery mechanism. The more WORKERBEE you have the more chances you have of mining.
