The new GOLOS HF 0.2 (AKA 17 + 18) is scheduled for 12:00:00 GMT, 29/05/2017
The list of new features:
- Limit on daily number of posts increased from 4 to 8;
- Removed nesting comment limit;
- Posts remain editable even after 30 days;
- Comments rewards now do not depend on the post itself;
- All posts and comments are rewarded in 7 days after publishing. The second payment window will no longer be available. The user has the opportunity to extend the window of payments for any period equal to the original 7 day period (for a certain amount in GBG, the amount will be sent to @null).

- Comments reward pool separated from the posts, at the level of 10%;
- Multiple beneficiaries of awards for content (without GUI);
- Delegation of the GOLOS power (without GUI);
- Accounts can be created with less fees and initial delegation of the GOLOS power;
- Mining remains in its current state, until the next HF (testing of the public GPU miner is in the process);
- Separation of user content by natural languages;
- Full power down of GOLOS power is changed to 20 weeks (an error fixed from the previous release);
- Votes casted for the delegates reset in 3-month terms;
List of service updates:
- Golos blockchain snapshots to be done with a separate plug-in, which makes it easier to download and solve the problems with re-indexing Steemit accounts;
- The ranking algorithm for the 'popular' tab has been changed, to the mechanism similar to the 'actual' tab algorithm. This will allow to get more natural ranking of the posts in the tab itself.
- Built-in NTP service is disabled by default

Web client updates:
- The ability to change the language of the interface to the page header is added, without the need to enter the personal area;
- Added auxiliary icons to the top menu;
- When creating a post, added the ability to upload images locally from a user device;
- Added a button for extending the payout window located next to the "Promote" button;
- The ability to display posts created by users in their national language has been added;
- The RocketChat icon is moved to the upper right corner of the interface header;
- The color design of the pages in unfied style;
- Change the display of the post - next to the author of the post his avatar displayed;
- The comments show the level of nesting, for a more comfortable visual perception;
- Long comments are now collapsed automatically;
- While viewing a post in the author's avatar is now displayed in the header;
- Vote button is blue and when hovering animated with css technologies.

People on Golos are not happy about the upcoming hardfork based on a few articles I read on it today.
