This graffiti is the Rumyantsev-Paskevich Palace, located in Gomel on Proletarskaya Street, 47 (52.418490, 31.008625). On the wall of an old one-story building, which is also an architectural monument and is protected by law, at the request of the city authorities, the street artist very professionally created graffiti of the magnificent Rumyantsev-Paskevich Palace.
This monument of architecture is the most recognizable landmark and business card of Gomel for more than two centuries. When I first saw the word Graffiti one thinks of buildings destroyed by someone with a can of paint.
Over the years I have found Graffiti to now fill spaces with pride, being extremely well done, like this one @bayarau
