We encounter different challenges , problems, circumstances in different situations in everyday of our lives . No matter how happy , or how sad it is , your status , or anything you are in , always remember that change is always there . So if right now you feel down and it's like you got the whole world in you , just inhale , exhale , because it's not forever that you will be down , like what i also mentioned on my previous post , when you're at the bottom , the only way is up. Same thing if you're on top right now , or you got so much success and fame , keeo in mind that things aren't permanent but we can always make the most out of all the experiences we have and will be having .

People, institution, situations etc change on a daily basis all the time. Change keeps us going and making us understand the complexities of life with time. If it doesn't occur, our lives would be so monotonous and we will be bored to death :D
