At the top of the list of risk are alcoholic beverages. Such as marijuana,heroine,LSD and cigarette have given the bar to alcohol in recent years. We have increased alcoholism in adolescents ending in death in most cases. Alcohol is what can be "accompanied" with other drugs such as cigarettes.
A new study investigating the death toll of drugs in adolescents found that alcohol is 114 times more powerful than marijuana!
In the dangerous case a drug is being examined the amount easily causes addiction and damage to the body.
In the addiction we are driven by abuse or dependence on a substance, so that it can be used to abuse and abuse in addiction. The development of the addiction results in deprivation syndrome, as is the case with strong narcotics such as heroin, cocaine and others.
Human body is beginning to get used to the substance, with the result that larger doses are needed.
The addiction depends on the user's own temperament, its social environment and, of course, how addictive is the substance.
One in four deaths occurs among young people aged 14-29. Alcohol consumption in these ages has a dramatic impact on personality, it aggresses and increases the risk of experimentation and other addictive substances. They think that with alcohol they are freed and have fun better, they feel socially accepted or even forgotten by a staff or family problem. The lawful use of it and the fact that it is located makes it dangerous.
An alcoholic parent does not increase the risk of abuse by negatively affecting the newborn.
During the 5 years I stay in Crete I realized the size of the problem. Everyday we hear about deaths and alcoholic accidents, unfortunately, even for friends and colleagues. In Crete, there is a third to excessive consumption of alcohol by minors and first comes Rethymnon with a percentage 70%.
It is all a matter of education and mentality.
Parents should be given the right information in the younger age, the good example we say. The responsibility is shared in the educational community that passes passively while it should be the driving force! these warnings about prevention, stop drinking drinks in bars to minors, perhaps less advertising the drug but more than dealing with it. Most importantly:
Do not live in the illusion that it will not happen to us!

after a certain point it's a just a matter of ourselves. not the educational system or our families have to do anything about it. If you don't have the brain to understand what are your limits and what are you doing may harm others ( if you don't care about yourself) then i will be harsh and they deserve it.
I have lost friends from alcohol too, the worst part is to lose friends from alcohol that killed others under it. ( car crushes etc etc)
Of course it means that you have to think with the right mind and the right decision. But we can, with correct information, reduce the rate even a little!!
