BODY FITNESS AND WORK OUT

Our body is the temple of God as so many people believe it to be. Body fitness and good health can never be over emphasize because as the saying goes that "Good health equals wealth". Keeping our body fit and healthy demands of us some routine of exercise and work out at the Gym or at our various homes.

Body fitness also requires good and appropriate healthy food consumption because the kind of food you eat determines the kind of body you will get. We are aware that no one stays young forever and ageing can neither be stop nor avoided, the best we can do is control our rate of ageing. Being fit is not restricted to just the young but also the old. Constant work out and good healthy food is the cure to these following illness : obesity, arthritis, cramps, high blood pressure, diabetes, weak erection, migraine, under weight etc. Work out and good healthy consumption has been the testimony that so many people suffering from various illness attested to as a cure. The famous Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone is as fit and very much healthy as a 25 or 30 year old youth due to his constant work out and good healthy food combination. It will be surprising to say Sylvester Stallone is above 70yrs but he is still looking sharp and very agile. Arthritis is one of the major complains and illness that the old and elderly or Senior citizens have, with the right application of body work out and good food combination it can be suppress and cured. Arthritis is an illness that affects the bones and muscle tissues of humans especially very common with the old or elderly people or senior citizens where by the cartilage wears away and bones starts to rub on bones and generating pains there by affecting mostly the joint areas of the body. Diabetes is another major illness very common around the world. Diabetes is the existence of too much or excessive sugar in the blood which can lead to other various dangerous health conditions like high blood pressure for example. Sugar is good for the body but when it becomes too much in our body then it becomes a problem to our health. One of the way to burn out the sugar in our body is through body workout where the sugar is release through swelt. Continuous workout and right food combination is an effective way to suppress and cure diabetes. Obesity is one of the common illness in youths and tennagers. It's a big problem that affects the youth both emotionally and physically. Our appearance and physical attribute is a source of confidence and self esteem booster, many people suffer depression as a result of the state of their health, continuous body work out is a cure and prevention to so many health problems. Going to the gym for work out also helps to improve our various social lives. Socialization is something that not everyone knows how to relate with and a non social person is not really a productive or effective kind of person. Having a job means that there must be team work for goals and objective to be achieved, a non social worker will have problems with other staffs and that is not a good thing at any organization. The gym is a place where you can also improve and work on your social life as well as your body and health.
