Creatine is a substance that is found naturally in muscle cells. It helps your muscles produce energy during heavy lifting or high-intensity exercise. Taking creatine as a supplement is very popular among athletes and bodybuilders in order to gain muscle, enhance strength and improve exercise performance. It has so many health benefits that a common Joe should include it in his daily life.

Creatine in my opinion makes me feel like superman. My workout sessions have been more productive and it has definitely helped in my fat loss journey. I could feel myself getting stronger over the weeks and could see increased muscle definition.
