It's a morning day when there's still a thin fog on the massy street. Slivery, a girl with silver hair and white eyes is walking out from her house to do a morning jog. The street is so quiet, just a newspaper delivery boy who delivers the morning newspaper to every house. Slivery smiles at a delivery boy as she continues her jog. After one round of her housing area, she's going back home to ready for school.
It's just a few minutes ago, quiet has already become a piece of news. There are many people surrounding something in front of a house not too far from her house. Slivery asks Shaun, "Shaun, what just happened? There was nothing here when I go out a few minutes ago". Shaun is a boy with brown messy hair and small. Everyone calls him "little fox" because he's not as tall as other people the same age as him. "I don't know the details, but someone was attacked by a bear or beast maybe? It's so messed up right in front of Mr. Celari's house. He just came here 3 days ago and this one happened right in front of his house."
People are gossiping and thinking that maybe Mr. Celari is an ex-criminal or ex-militant. After he's coming to their housing area, there are many problems around here from rumor a big shadow has been seen at midnight to someone is getting attacked by a beast. All victims are always a bloody mess and scrambled in one place. But, no trace of fighting nor blood of after battle. It's so mysterious no matter how hard people think.
Mr. Celari is going out and shouting at the people in front of his house, "HEY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE?! I NEED MY QUITE MORNING!". Mr. Celari is an old man around 60 years old, but despite his age, he's still strong. No one knows about his background, Mr. Celari is seldomly going out of his house if it's not about work. Mr. Celari is a new history teacher at Massy elementary school.
Slivery is taking a peak for a second before she's walking back home. The victim is a delivery boy who just met her a few minutes ago. "What happened outside? It's not as usual.", ask Slivery's mom to Slivery. "It's just another mysterious murderer case. Is breakfast ready yet, mom?". "Not yet, I'm making pancake for today's breakfast", answer Slivery's mom with a smile. Slivery is not quite like a pancake. After she takes a bath and breakfast, she's going to school.
At school, it's like a usual typical elementary school life. But, there's a sudden announcement, "Mr. Celari got hit by a truck and in Massy hospital rn." After a few minutes, students are talking about him from he's lazy as a teacher to he's a good historian. If students want to know more about history, he'll be telling all details that he knows like he's seeing the history right in front of him. It's a little bit weird, but he's a good storyteller. The classroom door opens and the school librarian comes as a substitute teacher for Mr. Celari. "Sorry, Mr. Celari got a bad thing and can't teach you. For today's session, read your book page 189 about the untold Massy's history". After the history session is done, "Anyone here wants to become a school representative to visit Mr. Celari at the hospital?". No one responds to the offer from the school librarian to visit Mr. Celari. "Okay, then I will ask Slivery and Shaun to visit Mr. Celari. I know you two are his neighborhood, right? Please, help me with this". Slivery and Shaun can't deny that offer. After school, they are going to the hospital with a fruit basket.
In the hospital, they are going to Mr. Celari's room and see something strange. He's not like someone who just got hit by a truck, it's more like just someone who's falling down from stairs. "Good evening Mr. Cerali, I'm Slivery and he's Shaun from Class A. We're here as school representatives to bring a fruit basket and visit you. We got an announcement that you got hit by a truck." Mr. Cerali looks at them with a straight face and answers, "Sorry, to bother you two on this good day. Just put the basket on top of the desk and leave. You should have fun tonight." Slivery and Shaun face each other and are confused with Mr. Cerali's answer. Then, Shaun asks Mr. Celari with a trembling voice, "Sorry sir, is it about the morning problem? We usually can see you walk behind us. After that happened, we didn't even see you go outside of your house. Is that..." Before Shaun can finish his words, "Don't worry about that, there are many people in our neighborhood who think how bad I am. If you think so, you can go on. Nothing is wrong with that."
After a weird visit, it's already almost 9:00 PM. Shaun and Slivery are not talking too much because they are thinking about no Halloween day for this year. "Silver, I think we won't make a party this year. Thanks to Mr. Cerali and his problem we will get a bad Halloween for the first time". Slivery is shocked, "I told you not to call me 'Silver'! Why you are so forgetful of a simple thing, little fox! But, don't worry about the party. We will be making a party tonight. 11:00 PM in front of my house." Shaun is confused but he's still following what Slivery said.
11:00 PM in front of Mr. Cerali's house.
"Hello Mr. and Mrs. White, Shaun said that we're still making a party for tonight? I think polices are patroling and asking people to not go outside tonight? Is it okay?". "Don't worry Mr. Brown, we'll be just a strolling night for our children as always. Kids should get fun from little, right? All things are already set up." Mr. and Mrs. White are Slivery's parents and Mr. Brown with Mrs. Brown are Shaun's parents. They usually make a party every year on Halloween, but today's party is different. "Let's go Mr. Brown and also little fox, hope you get along with my daughter".
Brown's family is following White's family to the back of Mr. Cerali's house. There are still many polices in front of that house because of the morning's case. "Why we're here Mr. White?", ask Shaun. "You'll know it when the time comes". After Mr. White says that, they are asking all of them to hide in the bush and wait.
It's already midnight of Halloween, polices are going back to their home. It's already become the first quiet night of Halloween. After a few minutes, there's a big shadow comes out from nowhere and flies on that night freely. That thing is landing on the back of Mr. Cerali's house. "They are so dumb, I won't be that weak. I'm already alive for a long time ago. A truck is not strong enough to even make a scratch. There were so many eyes, I didn't have a choice to visit a hospital today. Luckily, I won't teach about untold Massy's history in class today. If it's untold, it won't be history. but well... because of that history, I can drink someone's blood easily. I just need to make it like a beast who messes with my victim."
A big shadow that flies and also talks nonsense is Mr. Cerali. Mr. Cerali looks different today, he has big dark wings. "Trick or Treat! Well, I think u did a good thing to mess with us in this area. Are you a vampire?", Mr. White is coming out from the bush with a glamour white tuxedo and white gloves. Mr. Cerali is shocked that someone is seeing him that night, "Oh, Mr. White~ What are you doing? I'm just going out from the hospital and don't have any candy for tonight. Eh... what were you say about me?". "Kids! Time to party. SILVER!!!", After Mr. White says that Shaun's family is turning into a brown werefox and Slivery's parents are turning into a white werewolf. Slivery is changing to the most glamorous kind of werewolf, a silver werewolf. Mr. Cerali can't speak and his body is trembling. Mr. White says the last words for him, "Whatever they tell it as the untold history, history is still a history. History is based on fact. You should know better than us as a historian." Slivery and Shaun come closer to Mr. Cerali, "Trick or Treat, Mr. Cerali! We don't need your candies. We need you!"
After that, Mr. Cerali's last story is "disappears from the hospital on Halloween night". No one knows the story about how Mr. Cerali is gone and no trace about him. Massy is become alive again like before and as what they always tell to their children, "History means to learn for the future. This place is a home for beasts long ago and Mr. Cerali is one of them. We're not alone as a human in this world"
