Each time I hear someone say that they were born unhappy, I draw back inner. We trust that happiness is a few legendary, elusive element which involves us if and when it desires to. That we can not construct on it, and if we seek happiness, it is sure to never discover a home in us.

How not to be happy
Happiness isn't present in drunken nights, impressive orgasms, promotions or a hefty pay determine, it's a psychological discipline, an addiction that we should nurture.
How to be happy
It's important to check-in every as soon as in a long time, and see what's making you unhappy, or fighting you from feeling chuffed.
