Fu Yung Hai Nugget Asam Manis

Materials:

2 eggs chicken

3 pieces of chicken nuggets

1 medium-size carrot stems

2 stalks spring onion

1 tsp salt

6 tbsp cooking oil

4 tbsp sweet sour sauce

100 ml boiled water

fruit 1/2 onions

How to make:

  1. Slice the carrots the size of a matchbook, onions, scallions, and chicken nugget-sized dice.

  2. put the egg, 3/4 part carrot, scallions, and salt. Then mix well.

  3. heat 4 tbsp of cooking oil in a skillet over low heat. Pour egg batter and cook until done. set aside.

  4. make the sauce: heat 2 tbsp cooking oil, place the slices of onion, carrot and stir fry section 1/4 until fragrant. Add the water, sweet tamarind sauce and stir until cooked.

  5. Put the egg above the plate, then pour the sweet sour sauce above the eggs.
