For Hivebits, the intent wasn't really as an "engagement token" or as a "tip token." To start, 100% went to the person doing the command. But, since the person being replied to got nothing, other than a notification which might be considered spam, I changed it so that HBIT now has a 90/10 split for the replier/person-replied-to. In this way, The post being replied to earns a small bit. So, I guess HBIT is a 10% engagement token, 90% you-earn-it token!
