Junk food is a pejorative term for food containing high levels of calories from sugar or fat with little fibre, protein, vitamins or minerals. Junk food can also refer to high protein food like meat prepared with saturated fat. Food from many hamburger outlets, pizza and fried chicken outlets is often considered as junk food.

I once saw a man of about 80 years old full of vigour, walks on foot on a distance of about 4Kilometre daily, and when ask the secret of his strength,he esteems his diet basically.
Look at what the Bible says:
The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years.
If you are not a Christian don't get these scribbled,Here the Bible is differenciating the age given to man and that earn by strength.He says 10 years are added to mans age due to his own strength, I discovered this lately.
To the Christians who are advocate of divine Health, Would agree that God never contradicts himself. He talks explicitly about what is divine and that which is sensual. you MAY need strength for the journey after 70.
Great man of God Fred Perry stone died at the age of 78 due to kidney failure after starving for 10 days. Before his death told his son perry-he never watch what he ate, anytime he bounces out of the pulpit and after various counselling stumbles quickly on anything (snacks and the rest of junks),Picks up back all the way and the cycle continues. Perhaps, he lived long but may be he shouldn't have died in such a manner.
