Being alone and feeling alone is not the same thing, although we often equate these two states, often, we feel and believe to be alone, while the reality is not that one.
One feels lonely in certain circumstances and situations that have been transmitted to us. For if we look at ourselves in a mirror and look around, we will realize that, in reality, we are not alone.

Whenever we feel alone, a vacuum takes hold of us. We are afraid of having no one with us. So finally, instead of resolving this situation, it gets worse. We will now discover 4 causes responsible for this state.

  1. We feel lonely because we are not in a relationship
Being a couple seems to be essential in the society in which we live. This situation causes others to tell you that you have to go out more, that you look better. In summary, you are given tips to end your "celibacy".

But maybe deep down you do not want to be in a relationship. Do we have to feel alone? What is certain is that not being in a relationship should not make you feel that lonely feeling.

If things are that way, it's because beliefs that say "without a partner I'm nothing", "time goes on, it'll be too late soon", "I'm going to be alone all my life" have some effect on you.

  1. Do not follow the path of others
This is very much related to what we have just seen, and in fact, when we do not take the established path, when do not want to be in a relationship when the majority of our friends are, we feel lonely. And more than alone, we feel unsupported and misunderstood.

But we are not. Self-confidence, as well as the development of self-esteem and security, will be essential to feel good.

Our life is a blank sheet. It does not matter whether we are born in a culture and a society where the majority of people act on a determined path in advance. We must live the life that suits us, the one that will make us happy, even if it does not correspond to the one that most others are used to choosing.
