Bitter gourd (Karela) is a very beneficial vegetable for our health. Most people do not like to eat this vegetable because its taste is bitter. Bitter gourd is bitter, but bitter gourd has many benefits. If someone consumes bitter gourd in their food, then people can avoid many diseases. Bitter gourd contains all the essential vitamins and antioxidants that are beneficial for the body. Bitter gourd is a vegetable on a vine, which has a dark green color.

                   

For many years, many people have been using bitter gourd as a vegetable and many people like bitter gourd too because bitter ginger juice has many beneficial qualities which are beneficial for our body. . Bitter gourd is known for its bitter taste. bitter gourd is also very beneficial to keep the body healthy for other vegetables.

How to eat bitter gourd

There should be six juices in a healthy body, these are juices - sweet, saline, sour, pungent, kashayas and bitter. Of these, five of us eat lots but do not eat bitter. The bitter gourd should not be removed and its bitter juice should not be removed.  bitter gourd(Karela) food is good for health once in 10 to 15 days.

Benefits of bitter gourd:-

More medicinal properties are found in bitter gourd(Karela) than other vegetables or fruits. It is digested easily after eating. Bitter gourd contains plenty of protein, calcium, carbohydrate, phosphorus and vitamins.

Benefits of eating bitter gourd: -

1- Karela is very fierce in lever related diseases.

2- Karela cleans the blood and increases hemoglobin.

3- Bitter gourd improves digestive power which increases hunger.

4- The patients of asthma should be fed without baking sapling of spices.

5- Drink lemon juice with lemon juice and drink it in water, it reduces weight.

6- Bitter gourd is cold, so it is beneficial to treat diseases born from heat.

7- Bitter gourd is very beneficial for parasites. They should feed raw bitter gourds.

8- Bitter gourd should be consumed if it is cough. Bitter gourd contains phosphorus, which causes cuffs away.

9- For diabetes i.e. diabetes, then bitter gourd is treated. It keeps the sugar level in control.

10- Bitter gourd is also very beneficial for jaundice patients. They should consume bitter gourd in the water.

11- Due to vomiting, diarrhea or cholera, it is beneficial to drink some juice by adding little water and black salt to bitter gourd.

12- Take one spoon of sugary in a spoonful of bitter gourd after eating piles, eat sugar for one month, it will be beneficial.

13- Massage the bitter gourd with arthritis or burning sensation. This will get a lot of comfort.

14- If there is ascites, after drinking half a cup of water, add 2 spoons bitter gourd to drink three to four times a day, in a short time the benefit will be seen.

                          

                          Regular consumption of bitter gourd is very beneficial for health.

If you want to become a mother then do not eat bitter gourd

 There are many such benefits as well. It means that you will probably hear the loss of a lot today or we have heard it. But there is definitely some loss or damage of everything.

 Bitter gourd(Karela) is very useful for health but if you are trying to become a mother then do not eat bitter gourd. Because the desire to become a mother due to excessive bitter gourd is difficult to fulfill.
