Condensed milk

The seven-color tea preparation method :
First, take 1 table spoon of sugar and mix 2 tablespoons of water with water.
Make the liqueur with the amount of water and pressurized stove.
Mix 1 table spoon of licker and 1 spoon of cayas.
Then mix 2 tablespoons of condensed milk with 1 table spoon.
Then poured plain cera at a cup / glass, then after 20 seconds, you have to pay the ceramic sticker.
After 30 seconds, mix the condensed milk.
After 1 minute, the rest of the licker will be heated to the edge of the cup.
After 1 minute, the combination of condensed milk and the licker must be poured slowly.
