The kidney has a role to fire the scum out of the blood and maintain the balance of fluids to the body. So need to keep this agency healthy.

Here are the foods that can keep the kidneys healthy. These foods are called Super food, which helps to treat chronic diseases affecting the kidneys.

Cabbage

Cabbage contains many plant substances that help to resolve free radicals in the body. It reduces the risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease. Cabbage that contains vitamin K, vitamin C, fibre, vitamin B6 and folic acid help healthy kidneys

Red bell pepper

Red bell peppers are good for kidneys because of the low potassium content. The Lycopen in red bell peppers helps protect against many different types of cancer.

Garlic

Garlic reduces inflammation and forms cholesterol in the body. It has anti-oxidants and anti-freeze properties which help with optimum kidney activity.

Cauliflower

Cauliflower is rich in vitamin C, folate and fiber. Compounds that are in this vegetable neutralize toxins in the body.

Baggage

The Flavonoi in the onion prevents the decomposition of adipose material from the body. The antioxidants that are in practice help reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer. Low potassium content in onions is also beneficial to the kidneys.

Apple

Apples are a rich source of fiber with anti-inflammatory properties. It reduces the amount of bad cholesterol in the body, constipation, heart disease and cancer. Apples are one of the best fruits for kidneys, so you should eat regularly.
