Health: Top food is the "enemy" of the skin

Here are the foods and diets you need to caution when used to avoid compromising the health and beauty of the skin.

Food with water imbalance

Dehydration prevents the skin from drying. Wrinkles are common side effects due to lack of moisture on the skin. Dehydration and acne are concerned because dry skin and dead skin cells together form acne.

Foods that contain too much salt

Excessive use of salt causes the body to keep swelling, skin edema. Skin structure is damaged due to prolonged salt abuse. Cakes, pickle, salted foods, salt-eating, canned foods are sources of underlying salt.

Excessive consumption of caffeine

Caffeine is considered as a stimulant that helps to strengthen the fertility cortisol in the body and increase the speed of aging by thinning the skin. They cause the skin to be dehydrated and even form wrinkles. Furthermore, caffeine is a diuretic, which increases the risk of dehydration. So be cautious when using caffeinated beverages such as coffee, tea or chocolates.

Alcohol

Alcohol inhibits anti-diuretic excretion, thus causing dehydration. In addition, it also causes varicose veins, which lead to numerous dehydration through the skin. According to the United States Dermatology Academy, this is considered a contributing factor to the acute stages of psoriasis.

Foods with high blood sugar index

These foods cause a clear oscillation of blood sugar. This in turn causes excessive secretion of insulin and androgen respectively in high rise and lower installments. The main cause contributes to the increased skin cell division and the set of dead skin cells, leading to acne.

Consume too much sugar

Not only the usual road, but also both the thot is and honey.

Carbonated beverages

Carbonated beverages can be nightmare for the skin because of caffeine.

Processed foods

Refined or processed foods such as refined powder and its preparations, fruit and fruit juices contain low fiber sugar, thereby increasing the blood sugar index. Food Enhancing birth-free radicals

Red meat

Eating a lot of red meat, especially many greased can lead to inflammatory reactions. This is due to the impact of saturated fat intake of meat. When eating a lot of red meat, the free radicals tame the antioxidant ability of the original free oxygenated substances in the body.

Fried foods and hydrogenated fats

Processing at high temperatures like fried food and hydrogenated fats (margarine, buffalo butter) leads to oxidizing fatty acids and destroys antioxidant nutrients such as vitamin E, omega-3 fats are in oil/fat. The fertility of trans fatty acids promotes free radicals by accelerating the oxidation process.

Use too much sweetener/color creation/smell

These chemicals can be warmed into the body and difficult to dig. The use of too much and cannot train these substances over time can promote the reproduction of free radicals.

Diet Booster

The diet enhances the skin health through all three mechanisms: dehydration, increasing the blood sugar index and increasing the production of free radicals. Dehydration is a side effect of the booster diet. Research indicates that drinking a lot of water during this period does not help much and this is because the body cannot hold the water due to lack of nutrition and balanced loss diets.

The booster diet is known to cause the apparent fluctuations in blood sugar levels, it is no surprise that acne appears more in people with anorexia and erratic eating. The skin needs antioxidants (vitamins A, C, E, zinc, selenium, etc.) to remove free radicals. The booster diet is known to cause nutritional deficiencies and consequently also causes a lack of antioxidants.
